Student Forms

All Student Forms will be completed online this year.  Parents will receive a RYCOR set up information sheet on the first day of school. You will then create your RYCOR account (used for student forms and for online fees/payments) and login there to complete your 2023-2024 forms such as Media Consent Form, Updated Student Demographics Form, Acceptable Use of Technology Agreement Form, etc.

You can also simply use the forms listed in the Parent Portal.
