Allergy Information

Please note that we currently have students with anaphylactic allergies to the following items in our school:

• • • Nuts - Peanuts and all tree nuts

    • Visible egg

    • Fish

    • Shellfish

THESE ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE BROUGHT TO SCHOOL

In accordance with district policy, soy butter and other products closely resembling peanut butter are also prohibited.

For students with anaphylaxis/life-threatening allergies, district and Department of Education policy dictates that two auto-injectors must be available at all times with one being carried on the child and another stored at the school. Parents/guardians must also complete required paperwork annually.  The form for administration of medication can be found in the Parent Information section under Forms.
